Version No. 2 dated 24.10.2026. Identifier: 2026-10-24-aml-analytics-1.
As a visitor to https://aml-expert.ru/, I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest give Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Viktorovich Svirin, INN 772872317733, OGRNIP 322774600176722 (the Controller), separate consent to processing of website visit data using Yandex Metrica on the following terms.
1. Purpose and service
1.1. The purpose is to assess traffic, referral sources, use of pages and website usability. Yandex Metrica, provided by YANDEX LLC, is used with a separate website counter. Processing under this consent does not include the content of examination tasks or determine expert findings.
1.2. The counter library loads only after separate visitor permission and only on aml-expert.ru and www.aml-expert.ru. The counter does not start on /legal/ or /rassylka/otpiska/. Analytics are disabled on technical preview addresses.
2. Data and settings
2.1. The service may process the IP address, request date and time, browser, operating system and screen information, browser and visit identifiers, viewed page information and referral source. Cookies and local storage may be used to count visits. The Controller collects, records, stores, uses for analysis, provides to the service as necessary, restricts processing and deletes on the relevant basis.
2.2. Addresses expressly transmitted by the application as a page view and referral source retain the protocol, domain and path; query parameters and the address fragment are excluded. The application does not send page titles to the counter. Session Replay, click maps, external link and address fragment tracking, and Yandex Tag Manager are disabled.
2.3. Names, telephone numbers, emails, form text, documents and attachment information, selected questions and search strings are not sent as analytics parameters. Analytics consent does not authorise transfer of this information to advertising systems. Enquiries and mailings are governed by their own separate documents.
3. How to consent or decline
3.1. Permission is expressed by separately clicking Allow analytics in the settings panel. Before that, the Metrica library does not load. Decline saves a refusal. Closing the panel, continuing to browse or submitting a form does not constitute permission.
3.2. Declining does not prevent viewing pages, choosing questions, submitting an enquiry or unsubscribing. Consent is not a condition for expert services.
4. Saving the choice and its validity period
4.1. The choice to allow or decline analytics is saved for 180 days from the date it is expressed. The browser uses the localStorage record aml-analytics-choice-v1 containing the choice, document version and expiry. On the operational website, the choice is additionally confirmed by the server and the signed aml_analytics_choice cookie for the same period, with HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. These essential mechanisms apply the expressed choice, rather than form content.
4.2. While valid, the choice applies on subsequent visits; refreshing the page does not extend the period. After permission expires or the document version changes in a way that requires new consent, analytics do not start without new separate permission. If the saved choice cannot be verified, analytics remain disabled.
4.3. The minimum server record evidencing the choice contains an identifier, permission or refusal, date and time, document version and address. It is retained for no more than three years from registration of the choice on an independent basis to evidence lawful interaction. It does not include the IP address, User-Agent, contact details or enquiry text. Retaining evidence of the choice does not extend the 180-day analytics permission.
5. Withdrawal and deletion
5.1. You can change your choice or withdraw consent using Analytics settings in the website footer. After refusal, new analytics requests stop. Cookies and local records can be deleted in browser settings; deleting the choice record may cause the settings request to reappear.
5.2. Previously transmitted service data are not deleted automatically when a button is changed. Requests to stop processing and delete data are considered by the Controller in light of the relevant obligations and independent retention grounds. Withdrawal does not alter the lawfulness of processing before it was received.
6. Service information and cookie lifetimes
6.1. Metrica operation and data processing by its provider are described in the terms of use and Yandex Privacy Policy. The service's cookies, records and their lifetimes are listed in the official documentation. They differ from the retention period for your choice on this website. Linking to service documents does not expand the data authorised by this consent.
