1. Services and deliverables
Analysis of financial transactions and source of funds, preparation of explanations for the bank, pre-trial support, drafting and review of AML/CFT documents, and examinations resulting in a specialist opinion. Feasibility, personnel and the specific deliverable are determined before an order is accepted.
An initial task discussion of up to 15 minutes is free. Paid services start at 49 000 roubles. The final fee depends on the agreed scope.
2. Placing an order
After discussion, the Provider assesses the sufficiency of materials and prepares an individual Invoice-Order. It specifies the subject, questions, materials, deliverable format, price, timing and payment arrangements. Before paying, the Client reads the Public Offer and the Invoice-Order terms.
- The Client submits an enquiry, photographs and documents through the website form, email or another agreed channel.
- The Provider assesses the task and creates an Invoice-Order referring to the current Public Offer version.
- The Client checks the subject, questions, fee, timeframes and payment arrangements.
- The contract is concluded when full payment, or partial payment specified by the Invoice-Order, is received and constitutes acceptance of the Offer.
3. Payment methods
Payment is made in Russian roubles against the issued invoice and the Provider's payment details. Full payment or an agreed partial payment is made under the Invoice-Order procedure. Another available payment method may be agreed individually and specified in the Invoice-Order.
This website does not charge funds automatically. Check payment details and purpose against the invoice issued. Settlement documents are provided in accordance with law.
- By bank card through a secure payment page.
- By bank transfer against an invoice.
- By another agreed method specified in the Invoice-Order.

Banks and payment services

The Invoice-Order specifies the payment method. For card payments, an individual link to the bank's or payment operator's secure payment page is provided.
4. Bank card payment procedure
- After the assignment is agreed, the Provider sends the Client the Invoice-Order and an individual secure payment page link.
- Before paying, the Client checks the service name, Invoice-Order number, payment amount and purpose.
- On the secure payment page, the Client enters bank card details in the designated fields. Card data must not be sent to the Provider by email, messenger or the contact form.
- If needed, the card-issuing bank requests additional transaction confirmation, including a one-time code or another method provided by the bank.
- After processing, the payment page reports success or refusal. The Client should keep the electronic confirmation until a cash register receipt or other settlement document is received.
- The contract is considered concluded once payment constituting acceptance of the Offer reaches the Provider's account or is confirmed by the payment operator, in accordance with the Invoice-Order and Public Offer.
Do not close the payment page before the transaction result appears or use browser refresh while confirming payment.
5. If payment fails
Payment declined. Check the entered information, card expiry, available balance, bank limits and permission for online payments. The card-issuing bank determines the refusal reason; contact that bank if refusal recurs.
Funds were not debited and no confirmation was received. Payment is not considered complete. You may try again after checking the information or request a new payment link from the Provider.
Funds were debited, but no successful payment message or order confirmation was received. Do not pay again until the first transaction has been checked. Give the Provider the Invoice-Order number, payment date, time and amount, and the card's last four digits. Do not provide the full card number, expiry, security code or one-time verification codes.
Payment was made twice. Send an enquiry to zapros@aml-expert.ru with the Invoice-Order number and details of both transactions. After verification, the excess amount is refunded under the established procedure. Actual crediting time depends on the card-issuing bank.
The payment page will not open or a technical error occurred. Check your internet connection, try opening the individual link in a current browser version or request a new link. For payment questions, contact us by telephone at +7 965 751-25-80 or email at zapros@aml-expert.ru.
6. Bank card transaction security
- Bank card details are entered directly on the bank's or payment operator's secure payment page, rather than the Provider's website.
- The Provider does not receive or store the full card number, expiry, CVC/CVV codes, one-time passwords or other data permitting an independent card transaction.
- The card-issuing bank may apply additional cardholder verification, including 3-D Secure or another confirmation method.
- The Provider may receive only information necessary to identify and account for payment: transaction status, amount, payment identifier and masked payment instrument information.
- Never share your card security code, passwords or one-time codes. Before entering details, ensure the payment page uses a secure connection and no browser warnings appear in the address bar.
- Do not save card data on a shared device or pay through untrusted networks. After completing the transaction, close the payment page if others use the device.
Personal data provided on the website when submitting an enquiry and performing an order are processed under the Personal Data Processing Policy. Processing of card details on the payment page is governed by the bank or payment operator to whom the Client provides that information.
7. Full and partial payment
The default is 100% advance payment. The Invoice-Order may provide for a payment constituting acceptance followed by payment of the remaining fee.
Partial payment is credited towards the total service fee and is not a separate commission, penalty or contract conclusion charge.
If the balance is payable after notice that the deliverable is ready, the Specialist Opinion is delivered after full payment, unless the Invoice-Order provides otherwise.
8. Cash register receipts and settlement documents
Upon receiving full or partial advance payment, the Provider issues a cash register receipt in cases required by Russian Federation law.
If the Client makes several payments before service completion, a cash register receipt is issued for each settlement where legally required.
After completing the services and delivering the Specialist Opinion, the Provider issues a final cash register receipt offsetting the advance payment. The final receipt may be issued without further debit if the services were paid for fully in advance.
Cash register receipts are sent to the Client's email address or subscriber number, or delivered by another legally permitted method.
Where Russian Federation law permits non-use of cash register equipment, no cash register receipt is issued. The Client receives an invoice, service acceptance certificate and other settlement documents required by law and contract.
9. Work commencement and timeframe
The timeframe is determined individually and recorded in the Invoice-Order. It is calculated in relation to receipt of the necessary payment, complete materials and mandatory approvals under the Offer. Waiting for additional data and changes to the assignment are agreed separately.
10. Delivering the result
A written review, report, document package or opinion is delivered in the agreed format. Electronic and paper copies, attachments, delivery and subsequent support are included only to the agreed extent.
The Opinion is delivered electronically and/or on paper according to the Invoice-Order. An electronic copy may be sent by email, through electronic document interchange, secure storage or another agreed channel.
The paper copy and examined object are handed over in person or sent by courier or post. The party paying delivery is specified in the Invoice-Order.
11. Retainer support
For ongoing support, the contract specifies the period, tasks, limits and interaction procedure. The website price is per month; payment arrangements are defined by contract. Appointment of a special AML/CFT officer, performance of that officer's functions and filing reports are not automatically included.
12. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund calculation procedures are set out on a separate page and in the Offer. Send requests to zapros@aml-expert.ru with information identifying the order.
