Version No. 1 dated 24.10.2026. Effective date: 24.10.2026. Identifier: 2026-10-24-aml-1.
Abbreviations used in this document: INN — taxpayer identification number; OGRNIP — primary state registration number of an individual entrepreneur.
1. Subject of consent and information about the Advertising Distributor
1.1. As the recipient of messages, I freely and voluntarily give Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Viktorovich Svirin, INN 772872317733, OGRNIP 322774600176722 (the Advertising Distributor), my prior consent to send advertising to me by email under part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006, On Advertising.
1.2. The Advertising Distributor's correspondence address: P.O. Box 15, Moscow, 117647. Email for enquiries and withdrawal from advertising: zapros@aml-expert.ru. The Advertising Distributor's website: https://aml-expert.ru/ (the Website).
1.3. This consent covers advertising messages concerning the Advertising Distributor's services, special offers and terms for purchasing those services.
1.4. Messages may be sent only to the email address I specify in the separate subscription form on the Website. This consent does not permit use of other addresses or communication channels.
1.5. This consent does not cover advertising telephone calls, SMS, messenger messages or advertising of third parties' independent services.
2. How consent is expressed
2.1. Consent is expressed by independently selecting a separate subscription checkbox, not preselected and containing a link to the document, and submitting the form. Subscription additionally requires independent consent to data processing for advertising mailings; neither consent replaces the other. In the static preview version, the form only prepares an email: the request must be sent independently.
2.2. The consent checkbox is not preselected. This document is available to read before the actions specified in clause 2.1 are taken.
2.3. On the operational website, a subscription is registered after the server checks both consents and the form data. In the static version, consent is sent with an independently sent email; preparing, copying or downloading a draft does not register a subscription. I specify an email address for which I am entitled to give this consent.
2.4. To evidence consent, the email, subscription identifier and status, server date and time, information about independent checkbox selections and document versions are recorded. Technical submission information — the direct connection IP address, User-Agent, language and timings — is retained separately for no more than 30 days; minimum consent and withdrawal records are used on an independent basis to administer the subscription and honour withdrawal, without resuming advertising.
3. Duration and withdrawal procedure
3.1. Consent remains valid for three years from the date it is given, unless I withdraw it earlier or the Advertising Distributor terminates the subscription. That period may be extended only on the basis of newly given consent. Receiving or viewing an advertising message does not itself extend consent.
3.2. I may withdraw this consent at any time by:
- a) using the Unsubscribe link in an advertising message;
- b) sending a request to zapros@aml-expert.ru;
- c) sending a request to the Advertising Distributor's correspondence address.
- d) submitting the unsubscribe form on the Website, specifying the email address.
3.3. To identify the subscription, it is recommended to specify the email address receiving advertising messages. Using the Unsubscribe link or withdrawal form does not require an additional application or confirmation by email.
3.4. Upon receipt of the request, the Advertising Distributor must immediately stop sending advertising to me, including excluding the relevant address from future mailings and from mailings of previously prepared advertising messages.
3.5. Advertising stops when consent expires. Mailings may resume only after new prior consent is obtained.
4. Voluntary nature and limits of consent
4.1. Giving this consent is not a condition for considering an enquiry, receiving a response, entering into a contract or providing services. Refusal to give consent and its subsequent withdrawal do not restrict use of the Website or submission of enquiries.
4.2. Withdrawal does not prevent necessary messages concerning consideration of an enquiry or performance of a contract where there is an appropriate legal basis. Such messages must not contain advertising.
4.3. This document is independent consent to receive advertising. Consent to personal data processing for advertising mailings is given separately. Advertising messages may be sent only where both consents have been expressed in the separate subscription form.
4.4. Changes to this document do not expand the scope of consent previously given. Changing the communication channel or expanding the advertising subject requires new consent to the appropriate extent.
