As a personal data subject, I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest give Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Viktorovich Svirin, INN 772872317733, OGRNIP 322774600176722 (the Controller), specific, purpose-defined, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to processing of my personal data on the terms below. For this consent, the Personal Data Law means Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006, On Personal Data.
The Controller's correspondence address: P.O. Box 15, Moscow, 117647.
Contact for personal data matters: zapros@aml-expert.ru.
Abbreviations used in this document: INN — taxpayer identification number; OGRNIP — primary state registration number of an individual entrepreneur; OGRN — primary state registration number; LLC — limited liability company; IP address — the network address of a connection to the server.
1. Processing purposes
1.1. Consent is given to receive and consider the enquiry I submit through the website https://aml-expert.ru/ , clarify related circumstances, prepare and send a response, and continue interaction concerning that enquiry by telephone, email and private messages in messengers and social networks using the contact details I provide.
1.2. These purposes permit preliminary consideration of the task, review of the circumstances described, bank requests, documents and statements, discussion of required materials, examination questions, deliverable format, fees and timeframes, and agreement on material transfers. Consent does not permit advertising mailings or visit analytics.
2. Personal data categories
2.1. Consent covers only data I provide that are necessary to consider the relevant enquiry:
- my first name or surname, first name and patronymic — to the extent I provide;
- telephone number and email address;
- a messenger or social network identifier or username I provide for interaction concerning the enquiry;
- the chosen contact method;
- message text;
- information about financial transactions, accounts, counterparties, source of funds, the circumstances of a bank request or restriction and other materials I provide insofar as relevant to the enquiry;
- my personal data in attached photographs, documents and other files necessary to consider the enquiry;
- personal data I additionally provide during interaction about this enquiry, including information given in a telephone conversation, correspondence content, documents and files, to the extent necessary for its consideration.
2.2. When an enquiry is submitted on the operational website, the Controller receives the page address and form type, server date and time, identifier and consent information, contact email or telephone and, if files are attached, the acceptance and version of the materials terms. The email also contains the direct connection IP address, User-Agent, Accept-Language, approximate page completion time and time since the protective form token was issued. This information is used to consider the enquiry and check submission circumstances, not for advertising or behavioural analytics. In the static preview, the browser only prepares an email or .eml file: server information is not added and I send the email independently.
2.3. A minimum server enquiry record without text, files, IP address or User-Agent is retained for no more than 90 days from registration. Technical information included in the email follows the enquiry consideration and correspondence retention period. General hosting environment logs are processed on an independent basis for operation and security; the enquiry log period does not automatically apply to them.
3. Processing methods and persons involved
3.1. Within this consent's purposes, the Controller may collect, record, systematise, accumulate, store, clarify (update, amend), retrieve, use, transfer (provide, grant access) to persons identified in this consent as necessary, block, delete and destroy personal data.
3.2. Processing is performed with and without automated means.
3.3. On the operational website, the server handler sends the enquiry and temporarily received files to zapros@aml-expert.ru using the server's email facilities. Temporary attachments are deleted after the sending attempt; no permanent public archive is created. Handover to the email system does not confirm inbox delivery. In the static version, the email and attachments are prepared locally in the browser and reach the Controller after I send them independently.
3.4. Email services used by the sender and Controller process the message for transmission and storage. Information on subsequently engaging other persons for a specific task is provided when the relevant interaction is agreed.
3.5. Personal data may be provided to these persons only to the extent necessary for hosting, delivery and storage of the enquiry. The Controller personally considers the enquiry. Entrusted personal data processing is formalised under Russian Federation law.
3.6. Attached materials are used for review, clarification of enquiry circumstances, preliminary assessment and response preparation. This consent does not permit publication, advertising use or transfer to analytics services. Personal data in files and enquiry copies must be deleted after the period in section 4 unless an independent lawful basis exists for further processing.
4. Consent duration and data retention
4.1. Consent lasts for the period needed to consider the enquiry, but no more than 90 calendar days from the last substantive message or telephone conversation concerning it, unless withdrawn earlier. If there is no further interaction, the period begins when the enquiry is received. Automated messages and service notifications do not change the start of this period.
4.2. When a contract is concluded, personal data processing necessary to conclude and perform it takes place on the relevant independent lawful basis. Retention periods for contractual and mandatory accounting documents depend on processing purposes and statutory requirements.
4.3. Minimum information needed to evidence receipt of consent or protect rights and legitimate interests may be retained on an independent lawful basis in the scope and for the periods established by the Personal Data Processing Policy.
5. Consent withdrawal procedure
5.1. I may withdraw consent by sending notice to the email address zapros@aml-expert.ru or the Controller's correspondence address.
5.2. To identify the enquiry, it is recommended to specify the contact details used when submitting it, approximate submission date or enquiry identifier, if available.
5.3. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was received. Upon receipt, the Controller stops processing under this consent and ensures destruction of personal data within statutory periods unless there is an independent lawful basis for continued processing or retention.
6. Limits and expression of consent
6.1. This consent does not cover advertising mailings, advertising calls, dissemination of my personal data to an unlimited audience or use of optional analytics tools.
6.2. This consent concerns my personal data. Processing third-party personal data in the materials provided requires an independent legal basis. This consent does not replace written consent where that form is mandatory by law.
6.3. Consent is expressed by independently selecting a separate checkbox linked to the document and submitting the form. The operational server checks the selection and version 2026-10-24-aml-1, records necessary consent information and sends the enquiry to the email system. In the static version, the button prepares an email: it must be checked and sent independently to transfer data. Preparing or downloading a draft alone does not deliver the enquiry to the Controller.
