To choose a procedure, you need to know not only the ZSK assessment but also the bank's decision, measures applied and notification date.

What the platform covers
The Bank of Russia describes ZSK as providing an assessment of the risk of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs participating in suspicious transactions. There are three risk groups. Individuals are outside this assessment's scope. Retain the public check result together with its date, as it relates to a particular point in time. [1]
Why a separate bank notification is needed
The Bank of Russia states that platform information supplements the credit institution's own assessment. For special restrictive measures, a high assessment by both the bank and regulator matters. A check result alone is therefore insufficient: establish which measures the bank applied and on what basis. [1]
Collect a description of actual activities
A practical analysis package may include the revenue structure, main transaction types, contracts, evidence of work performed and related settlement documents. The list depends on the task. Do not send all of the organisation's files without an inventory: each material's connection to the circumstances needing explanation matters.
Separate multiple events
A high platform assessment, bank request and refusal of an individual payment may arise within the same period. Record each event in a separate chronology row. State the date, source, content and action taken in response. This helps check the grounds for a submission and keeps different decisions distinct.
What document analysis provides
The deliverable may describe the situation, map supporting documents and list gaps. The subsequent submission procedure depends on the combination of the platform assessment, bank decision and measures applied. The examination explains facts; it does not provide access to closed banking data or guarantee a change in risk level.
