What needs to be clarified
The analysis could reconcile documented flows and distinguish new external receipts from internal movements. An own-account transfer does not establish the original source of the money; that source requires separate evidence.
Materials to prepare
- Complete statements for the accounts over the same period, including adjacent dates for transfers crossing the boundary.
- Records linking account holders, transaction references, fees and currencies.
- Contracts, acceptance records and other evidence of original receipts, together with the calculation submitted to the bank.
What to compare
- Whether each debit and credit match in amount after fees, currency and execution time.
- Whether internal movements were counted again as income or external turnover without an explained method.
- Which amounts have an independent documented basis and which account-to-account links remain unverified.
Possible outcome of the analysis
A possible output is a reconciliation distinguishing external receipts, internal transfers and unresolved differences. Each amount removed from duplicate counting would retain references to both sides of the transfer.
Limits of the conclusions
Equal amounts alone do not establish a transaction link or account ownership. The analysis does not guarantee that the bank will accept the explanation or replace its decision.
